What is the ADDA AB7705HX-GB3 blower fan?
The AB7705HX-GB3 is an ADDA centrifugal blower fan — the compact 5 V blower used inside industrial PCs, embedded systems and instrument enclosures where a flat axial fan will not fit. Fitting notes
This blower is a drop-in for systems that call the AB7705HX type by name: the 5 V rail, the three-pin header and the CWBLA rotation all need to match the host, and the yellow wire means the host can read fan speed for early warning of a stalled blower. Mount the assembly plate first, keep the blower's exhaust path clear of cable bundles, and use the included thermal strip and paste where the plate bridges to a heatsink wall — the sachet is a fitting consumable, not a spare. At 0.3 A the fan is gentle on a 5 V rail, which is exactly why embedded and instrumentation builders specify the AB7705HX class.
