What is the CKD A4F010-06 solenoid valve?
The A4F010-06 is a CKD four-port solenoid valve — the pilot-operated valve that switches double-acting cylinder lines in pneumatic circuits. The body label carries the identity in CKD's own print: CKD VALVE, A4F010, PRESSURE 0.15-1.0 (MPa working range), batch 7706 G, MADE IN JAPAN, with the port lettering moulded beside the threaded ports and a brass manual override button on the end of the body. Installation notes
Wire the coil to the 110 V AC supply through the blue lead — the cap print names both the 110 V nominal and the 120 V 60 Hz rating, so it suits either supply convention at that frequency. The manual override button on the brass end lets you shift the valve by hand during commissioning with the coil dead. CKD builds the A4F range for panel and machine mounting with the ports on the body face, so check the port letters against your circuit drawing before plumbing — the moulded letters beside each port are the wiring diagram of the air side. The six units span four factory batches (all CKD Japan), so if your process keeps batch traceability, note the code on each box before the valves go into service.
