Why the bellows cartridge matters
The LUBMAX DL-2T reservoir keeps grease moving to a bearing or slide without a pump between refills: the spring-loaded tank cover presses the bellows cartridge, grease feeds out as the machine consumes it, and the bellows walls collapse instead of pulling in air. Daikin's printed procedure on the carton walks the swap — rotate the tank cover about 60°, take off the seal cap, cap C and packing D, seat the new cartridge, screw it up firmly and press it slightly (5–10 mm) so the vent purges the air pocket — with the explicit caution that air inclusion or loose assembly leads to trouble in function. A genuine cartridge with the current lot date is what keeps that cycle predictable.
