Pro-face PFXGP4401TAD
PFXGP4401TAD is the GP4401T panel with a 7.5-inch, 640 x 480 TFT display. A replacement request should include the HMI project and PLC connection details as well as the screen model. A new panel needs the correct application before it can show the machine screens.

Match the panel and its connections

Find the project before the panel fails completely
Locate the editable GP-Pro EX project, the software version used to maintain it and any transfer credentials required by the site. Record the PLC model, communication driver, cable connection and network settings. If the screen still runs, photograph important setup pages and alarms as part of the maintenance record.
A project recovered from a running panel may not give the maintenance team everything they need to edit it. Confirm what backup is available and whether it has been tested with the intended software before scheduling the change.
Separate an exact replacement from a newer-panel migration
Pro-face publishes a replacement guide from GP4401T to GP6540W. Follow that guide when considering a newer panel; check the enclosure opening, overall dimensions, screen conversion and interfaces for the actual application. Treat it as a migration project requiring review and testing.

For an exact PFXGP4401TAD replacement, still confirm the included mounting hardware, gasket and the condition of the front surface and connectors. A product photograph should show the complete rear model label.
Agree on the checks after transfer
- Verify the PLC connection and the values displayed on key screens.
- Check operator controls against the approved machine test procedure.
- Review recipes, alarms and retained settings relevant to the application.
- Keep a tested project backup and a record of the installed panel model for the next replacement.
