What is the FOTEK ESR-100DA-H?
The ESR-100DA-H is FOTEK's three-phase solid-state relay module — a DC-input, AC-output SSR that switches three load lines at up to 100 A per the faceplate rating (90–480 VAC) from a 4–32 V DC control signal. This record is a lot of five factory-new units, one-year warranty as recorded at intake on 5 December 2025: one in lot 2528TH and four in lot 2531TH, each in the FOTEK box, with one stainless heat-sink base plate included in the set. The yellow faceplate carries the whole wiring diagram — Input terminals 1/2 at 4–32 VDC on one side, Main Power K1/K2/K3 and Main Output L1/L2/L3 feeding the Load on the other — plus the Overheat 120 °C mark, the ON indicator and Made in Taiwan. All nine photos and the inspection video show these exact modules.

Where a three-phase SSR earns its place
Three-phase heaters and motor loads are where mechanical contactors wear out fastest — every close under load pits the contacts a little, and at heater duty cycles that adds up to swap-outs. A three-phase SSR like the ESR-100DA-H has no contacts to pit: the control terminals take 4–32 V DC from a PLC or temperature controller, and three back-to-back thyristor stacks switch the L1/L2/L3 load lines silently, at zero-crossing, for millions of operations. The faceplate's 100 A maximum at 90–480 VAC covers the wide mains window industrial plants actually run, and the ON and OH LEDs give the panel a glance-level status: conducting, and not overheated — the 120 °C overheat mark is the trip point printed right on the label.
The modules themselves show the thermal design a 100 A rating demands: an aluminium finned body, a flat metal base plate for mounting onto a heat sink (the stainless plate in this set), and oversized screw terminals for the K1-K2-K3 power side and the L1-L2-L3 output side. The five units arrive as original FOTEK boxes — one lot 2528TH and four lot 2531TH, each marked 固態模組 Solid State Module with the CE mark — factory-new with the one-year intake warranty behind them.
