Fuji Electric AR22M0R Push Button Switch: Complete Industrial Automation Solution

Pre-shipment Inspection Record: This document details the visual and technical inspection of the Fuji Electric AR22M0R Push Button Switch: Complete Industrial Automation Solution. All product photos and testing videos below are original materials captured first-hand by the Koeed technical team in our warehouse prior to dispatch.

What is the Fuji Electric AR22M0R push-button switch?

The AR22M0R is a Fuji Electric AR22-series emergency-stop push-button switch — the yellow mushroom head on a 22 mm mounting shank, made in Japan. The contact label spells out the ratings: FE mark, AR22M0R, <PS> JET, 250V6A★ 電磁用 (for magnetic-switch duty, 6 A at 250 V), CE, A600/R300 utilization code, and the UL/CSA row — IND. CONT. EQ., UL Listed 0218 C, CSA 233C. Each switch arrives assembled with two contact blocks on the back: a red normally-closed block and a blue normally-open block (blue body printed ARF31220CC, 600 V 10 A, JIS C4505), both with pressure-wire terminals. This record covers a set of ten, new and matching, made in Japan with a one-year warranty; they passed through the Koeed warehouse on 9 April 2025 (about 2 kg per the record), and the eleven photos and video below show them as received.

Fitting notes

Drop the shank through the 22 mm panel hole, run the locknut down, and the switch is mounted; the red NC block lands in the stop circuit (the safety chain opens when the mushroom is pressed), and the blue NO block is free for an alarm or indicator. The contact blocks clip on and off without tools, so converting to a different contact arrangement later takes seconds. If your panel spec says AR22M0R, these match exactly — same yellow head, same Fuji label, and the UL 0218C listing your panel's certification file will want to see. All ten are one matching build, so a panel fitted from this set ages evenly.
