Check Valves, Foot Valves & Flow Components

Check valves allow flow in one direction and resist reverse flow. Foot valves serve that non-return role at a suction inlet, while other flow-control components in this collection may perform different functions.

Use the circuit symbol or the full valve code to establish the function. A matching port size does not tell you the permitted flow direction, opening pressure or suitability for the working fluid. Directional switching valves have their own spool-valve collection.
