The D4BL-2CRA pictured here is an Omron SAFETY DOOR LOCK SWITCH, not the safety relay named in the retained article title. The record combines a two-unit entry dated 12 March 2026 and a separate three-unit entry dated 31 March 2026. Both describe original refurbished units with packaging and a one-year warranty. The photo groups show two and three boxed switches; they are kept as dated deliveries rather than presented as current stock.

Identification and delivery details

Readable body labels identify D4BL-2CRA, lot 18325ZA and MADE IN JAPAN. The cream metal housing has a red operating head, a black LOCK/UNLOCK manual-release cover, conduit openings and four mounting holes. Keys, coiled retaining straps and instruction sheets are photographed beside the switches. Cover edges and labels show marks, consistent with the recorded refurbished condition; branded boxes do not turn that condition into factory-new status.

The label separates the electromagnet circuit, 24 V DC, 100% ED, 300 mA, from the AC-15 contact rating of 3 A at 250 V AC. Its diagram identifies E1/E2 and contact terminals, and the case carries IP67, NEMA A300 and Type 6P/13 markings. These are printed product markings, not evidence that this delivered switch or an installed machine has passed a safety-system validation. The old description's Category 4/SIL 3 relay claims are not established by these photographs.
