Edwards EXT 75DX ISO100 Turbomolecular Pump: Advanced Vacuum Solution for Industrial Automation
On this page
This ISO100 delivery contains a three-port metal flange tee, recorded as one new item on 21 April 2025. All fifteen photographs show a hollow T-shaped fitting with three open flange connections and removable protective covers. The earlier Edwards EXT 75DX turbomolecular-pump description was assigned to the wrong type of item and does not describe the photographed part.
Identification and delivery details
Two aligned ports form the straight run, while a third port branches at a right angle. Close views through the openings show the continuous internal passage and branch junction. The outer surfaces have a bright machined finish, and each port ends in a broad circular flange without a visible bolt-hole circle.
The translucent protective cover is marked ISO-100 and carries a PE recycling symbol. Other views show the fitting inside a clear bag with all three openings covered. There is no pump rotor, motor housing, electrical connector or manufacturer nameplate in this photo set. No Edwards branding is visible.
The record gives a weight of 2.5 kg and describes the item as new, with a two-day lead time at the time of the entry. The photographs show one fitting and its packing, but contain no scale, dimensional drawing, material certificate or leak-test sheet. A polished appearance alone cannot establish stainless-steel grade or vacuum performance.

Matching this part
Use the tee's port arrangement and measured flange geometry to match the mating equipment. Confirm each connection's outer diameter, sealing face, bore and overall length. The cover marking is useful identification evidence, while a measured drawing is needed to confirm the actual flange standard and whether all three ports have the same size.
Ask whether clamps, centring rings and seals are supplied with the fitting; none are separately laid out in the photographs. For a vacuum installation, obtain material and leak-test evidence appropriate to the system rather than carrying over a pump's pumping speed or ultimate-pressure claim. Inspect the sealing surfaces and keep the openings covered until installation.
