What is the Fuji Electric 927566?

The 927566 is a Fuji Electric power transistor module from Japan — the classic single-transistor GTR-package switch used in older drive and servo power stages. Each unit is a black epoxy body on a wide aluminium mounting base, with one main stud terminal moulded "E" (emitter) and two smaller screw tabs moulded "B0" and "B" (the base and auxiliary-base leads of a Darlington stage); the collector follows the module's base-plate convention, so integration belongs against the datasheet. Every label reads 927566, FUJI ELECTRIC, 2206, JAPAN, and the set of four weighs about 4 kg per the record. The intake record grades these plainly as refurbished presented as new (翻新充新) with a three-month warranty — the re-polished base plates in the photos show the refurbishment honestly. They passed through the Koeed warehouse on 11 October 2025; the eleven photos below show the four modules as received.

Reading the terminals

The moulded legends do the identification work: the big stud terminal carries an "E" cast into the case below it, and the two smaller tabs read "B0" and "B" — the emitter, base and auxiliary-base leads of a Darlington transistor stage, exactly the pin-out of the GTR modules that populated inverter legs before IGBTs took over. Match the collector connection against the datasheet before wiring; the single-stud layout is the era's standard, but the board you are repairing decides the reference. The main stud takes its ring lug under a cross-recess screw and washer, and both small tabs take screw lugs the same way — torque them gently, since the epoxy towers around the tabs do not forgive overtightening.

Condition, stated plainly

The intake record calls these refurbished presented as new (翻新充新) with a three-month warranty, and the photos support the wording in both directions. The rework is visible where it should be: the aluminium base plates have been re-polished to an even brushed finish, brighter than a used part would normally sit. The active faces are clean — labels crisp and dated 2206, terminal hardware complete, epoxy corners undamaged. They are not factory-sealed originals, and the record does not pretend otherwise; judge the set from the eleven photos, and plan a bench test before committing them to a live drive.

Four modules in a row
The set of four: every label reads 927566 / FUJI ELECTRIC / 2206 / JAPAN; stud terminals with nuts on two units, bare studs with lugs on the others.
Two modules side view
Side by side: case profile, the three terminal towers, and the wide aluminium base with flange wings.
Re-polished base plates
Base plates: re-polished to an even brushed finish, six mounting holes each — the refurbishment, shown honestly.
Terminal markings B0 B E
Terminal marks in full: the main stud with cross-recess screw and washer, moulded "E" below it, and the "B0" and "B" base tabs to the right.
Four terminal faces
All four terminal faces: identical E / B0 / B layout, hardware complete on every unit.
Pair of terminal faces close-up
Pair close-up: "E" cast under the main stud, "B0" and "B" above their tabs — the Darlington pin-out at a glance.
Four base plates in a row
The four base plates in a row: uniform brushed finish across the set.
Label and terminal detail
Detail: the 927566 / FUJI ELECTRIC / 2206 / JAPAN label upside-down in frame beside the E / B0 / B terminal face.
Single module angled
Angled view: stud terminal with washer and nut, tower profile, label, and the polished base edge.
Two modules angled
Two modules angled: terminal towers and mounting flanges from the side.
Four modules in a column
The four in column: every unit shows the same E stud, B0 and B tabs, and identical hardware — one matched set.
