Klüberquiet BQ 72-72 is a synthetic ester-oil grease thickened with polyurea, designed for low-noise, long-term lubrication of capped or sealed deep-groove ball bearings. The 400 g cartridge (article 094008) is a practical service-bench format for clean, contamination-free dispensing.Technical profile: NLGI 2 consistency; service temperature approximately -45 °C to +180 °C; polyurea thickener; synthetic ester base oil; optimised anti-wear additive package; very low noise behaviour validated on dedicated test rigs such as SKF BeQuiet+.Typical applications: electric motors, servo drives, inverter-cooling fans, air-handling units, precision machine-tool spindles, gearmotors, actuators and conveyor rollers. It suits sealed-for-life bearing positions where acoustic acceptance, thermal stability and reduced maintenance labour matter.Maintenance notes: do not mix polyurea grease with lithium-soap grease; purge or replace bearings when converting.
