Estun Q3 2025: Net Profit Doubles as Global Expansion Deepens

Estun reported strong results for the first three quarters of 2025, underlining its leading position in industrial automation.

Jan–Sep 2025 highlights: revenue CNY 3.804 billion (+12.97% YoY); net profit CNY 29.00 million (+143.48% YoY); Q3 revenue CNY 1.255 billion (+4.78% YoY); Q3 net profit CNY 22.32 million (+232.35% YoY). Operating cash flow rose to CNY 293 million (+150.92% YoY).

Financial performance and operational strength

Revenue and profit growth were driven by higher robot shipments and improved cash conversion. Estun remains the top domestic industrial robot exporter and continues to increase margins through product mix and operational efficiency.

Market traction in H1 2025: Estun held 10.5% share of the China industrial robot market, supporting a domestic localization rate of 55.3% in the sector.

Global expansion and product innovation

Estun is scaling global operations: Europe HQ in Switzerland (Oct 2024), Italy subsidiary (May 2025), Germany subsidiary (June 2025), and a Poland production base (July 2025). Regional teams also operate in Turkey and Spain.

Product milestones signal technical maturity: a 1.2‑ton payload robot using a novel dual‑reducer architecture, a 3–1200 kg product range across 96 models, and international certifications (CE, UL, functional safety standards).
