What is the 5901070202 solenoid valve?
The 5901070202 is a high-temperature solenoid valve with a stainless bullet probe: the yellow coil label carries the full rating — 220 V coil, 0.8 A, 12 W / 8 VA, winding temperature 120 °C, operating pressure 25 bar — and the stainless probe with its ISO-style ferrule end sits below the hex boss. Valves of this pattern open hot pressurised lines on signal, which is why they turn up on steam and hot-water blocks, coffee and brewing equipment, and small process skids. This record covers two new units. The intake record lists the pair at 0.4 kg with a one-year warranty. They passed through the Koeed warehouse on 21 April 2025; the photos and video below show them as received.

Fitting notes
The ferrule end clamps into a tri-clover style fitting — align the probe into the seat, finger-tight the clamp, then torque it evenly so the probe sits square in the flow path. Wire the coil through your relay with the printed 220 V respected; these hot-line valves are designed for intermittent or continuous duty per the 120 °C winding limit, so a coil that runs too hot usually means the valve is being held energised longer than its duty allows. A valve that clicks but passes no flow has debris under the plunger — flush the line, not the valve.
