The nameplate reads INPUT 3AC 122V 2.8A, which is the 122-volt class of this motor: if your amplifier runs from a 200–230 V supply, this is not the winding for it. Reading the motor

The HC-MFS43 is Mitsubishi's low-inertia small-capacity series in the 60 mm square flange. Fitment notes

The 122 V input line is the deciding spec: this motor pairs with Mitsubishi amplifiers of the 100/122 V class — the sort of drive our MR-J2S-100A servo amplifier article covers — and will not suit a 220 V-class MR-J2S/MR-J3 without the matching winding. The HC-MFS family sits in Mitsubishi's low-inertia column, one step from the economy HC-KFS: we covered the HC-KFS43G1 from the same 60 mm frame in an earlier record, and the two are close enough in outline that the flange drawing is worth checking before substituting one for the other. Mounting is the standard four-bolt square flange with the pilot spigot registering into the machined face; keep the impact warning in mind when keying the coupling — a hammer on the shaft end travels straight to the encoder and can kill an otherwise perfect motor.
