What is the Panasonic 581B700C control board?
The 581B700C is a Panasonic control board: a green PCB with the board code 581B700C and DHP10 S on the silk screen, carrying SMD ICs under a black conformal coating on the component side, a Tokin inductor, and pin headers for the backplane. Conformal coating protects against moisture and dust but makes probing difficult. When servicing, scrape the coating locally at the test point with a fibreglass brush rather than trying to remove it globally. The backplane pins are fragile; support the board when seating it into the cage.
