The 36896892 is an Ingersoll Rand pressure regulating valve (压力调节阀, box code TFZ28E65Y2HK) for IR screw compressors: a three-section silver aluminium body that meters the unloader/load signal, with the adjustment stud on top (hex head and nut) and the red-capped port on the lower flange. When the compressor hunts between load and unload or never reaches the unload point, this valve is a prime suspect — its internal spool wears with the oil mist it breathes. Swap it with the machine locked out and depressurised, thread-seal the stud-side fitting only if the original used sealant (some versions seal on the shoulder), and after restart watch one full load/unload cycle: the pressure band should match the setpoints on the controller, with no creeping between cycles. Keep the hologram bag until the part is proven — that is your genuine-parts claim.
