All product photos and testing videos below are original materials captured first-hand by the Koeed technical team in our warehouse prior to dispatch.

What is the Omron E5CN-HR2M-500?

The E5CN-HR2M-500 is Omron's high-performance E5CN-H temperature controller in the 48 × 48 mm panel format: multi-range input across the standard thermocouples and PT100 platinum RTD, a 100-240 V AC supply, and the HR2M output build — relay control output with two alarm outputs (ALM1/ALM2, 3 A each) — on the 11-terminal rear block. The side label draws the full terminal map and carries the approvals (cULus Listed, CE); the factory cartons read TYPE E5CN-HR2M-500, TEMP CONTROLLER, MULTI-RANGE, 100 to 240 V/AC, MADE IN JAPAN. This record is two units, each in its factory carton with its own lot code (2681MR and 26811MR), new as photographed. The E5CN-H tier, and what HR2M wires

The E5CN-H is the performance tier of Omron's 48 mm controller line — faster sampling, auto-tuning that holds tight process bands, and the multi-range input that lets one part number serve every thermocouple and PT100 loop on the floor. The suffix decides the wiring, and HR2M reads plainly: R for the relay control output, 2 for the two alarm outputs, M for the multi-range input — a controller that switches a heater bank directly at 3 A, raises over-temperature and deviation alarms independently, and accepts whatever sensor the loop already runs. The side label carries the terminal map in full — control output and alarms across 11-15, the input on 1-5, the 100-240 V supply at 8.7 VA — printed where the wiring lands, which is how these controllers keep their commissioning time short. The operation menu shipped with the units lists the input table (PT100 platinum resistance from −200 °C through 850/500/2100 °C ranges), the reference for setting the input type to match the sensor in the loop. Two factory cartons with distinct lot codes are photographed here — one replacement now, one for the shelf — with the intake record's single-unit count noted alongside.
