What is the Pilz PNOZ mo1p?
The PNOZ mo1p (part number 773500) is a Pilz mini safety relay: the compact olive-green unit that monitors emergency-stop circuits, safety gates and light barriers in industrial machinery. It snaps onto a DIN rail and provides redundant, positively-guided contact outputs that drop out when the monitored circuit opens. This unit is new in its factory shrink wrap, with the original barcode label (93425 / FA 151376) intact. Usage notes
The PNOZ mo1p belongs to Pilz's PNOZ family, the benchmark for safety relays in European machinery. The mini (mo) format saves panel space while still providing the dual-channel monitoring and positively-guided contacts that safety circuits demand. Wire the emergency-stop or guard switch into the input circuit, land the downstream contactor coils on the safety outputs, and the unit will drop its outputs whenever the input chain breaks. The yellow front cover conceals the terminal screws; remove it only after isolating the panel.
