Range code 4 does not mean 0 to 150 psig

The original listing describes a unit configured for 0 to 150 psig. That is a configuration to verify on the supplied unit. Emerson's 3051T ordering table lists the gauge-pressure range code 4 as −14.7 to 4000 psi. It does not define every 3051TG4 transmitter as a 0 to 150 psig instrument.

Ask for the configured lower and upper range values and the required accuracy at that span. A broad sensor range does not establish the accuracy of a particular narrow-span application.

Match the ordering information to the transmitter's version and its own approval label. A certificate offered somewhere in the 3051 family does not prove that it applies to a particular unit or installation.

Include a readable nameplate photograph, the required calibrated span and pressure units, process medium, process connection and electrical interface. State any hazardous-area, material or documentation requirements explicitly.

Request photographs of the offered unit and confirm whether calibration documentation is included. Record the condition, accessories and commercial warranty terms in the quotation. The model designation alone does not establish those terms.
