Pre-shipment Inspection Record: This document details the visual and technical inspection of the ELTEK FLATPACK2 2000W 48V Rectifier: High-Efficiency Power Solution for Industrial Automation. All product photos and testing videos below are original materials captured first-hand by the Koeed technical team in our warehouse prior to dispatch.

The Eltek FLATPACK2 48V/2000W HE is the rectifier module that fills most telecom 48 V plants — slide it into the shelf, and it converts 100–250 V AC into 53.5 V DC at 37.4 A (2 kW) with the HE-series high-efficiency design. Five used pulls arrived on 2026-01-26, part number 241115.105, revision 2.3, made in China, each still carrying its shelf-slot label from the exchange it came out of (PR1-Slot4, PR2-Slot6/7/8), 2.5 kg per module.

The front panel is printed FLATPACK2 HE 48V/2000W beside the fan intake and the status LEDs; the green Eltek mark sits at the corner. Certification block covers cULus, CE, TUV and the lead-free mark.

A note on the photo set

One archive shot showing a different power module (a card-edge unit with a 96-pin connector) came in with this record's list; it belongs to another delivery and is excluded here. All photos above show the actual FLATPACK2 modules.

Service notes

Flatpack2 modules hot-swap: pull the handle, slide out, slide the replacement in — the controller re-balances load share automatically. The SW 01.13 firmware in this Rev 2.3 batch talks to the standard Smartpack controllers; if your plant runs CAN addressing, set the module address after install. At 37.4 A per module, a four-module shelf carries roughly 150 A of 54 V bus with N+1 to spare.
