What is the Infineon FF300R12KE3?

The FF300R12KE3 is Infineon's 1200 V / 300 A half-bridge IGBT module in the EconoDUAL package — the white-module workhorse that industrial drives in the tens of kilowatts build their output stages from. Every module in this lot carries the same factory marking: Infineon IGBT, FF300R12KE3, date group G2312, unit 00755-series. This record is a lot of six factory-new modules, photographed complete in the source set (photo uploaded April 2025 as recorded). All nine photos and the inspection video show these exact modules.

The drive-builder's default half bridge

The 1200 V / 300 A point is where most industrial drives live: 400 to 690 V mains, output stages in the 100 kW class, and a module footprint every drive designer already knows. The FF300R12KE3 is that standard part in the EconoDUAL format — three clamp terminals along the top edge carry the bridge nodes (position 2 is the shared midpoint between the upper and lower switch), the white pin headers bring the gate drives in, and the brushed cover plate over the copper baseplate lands on the heatsink with four screws. Because the terminals are solderless clamps, the busbar assembly is a torque wrench and a layout, not a soldering line — the property that keeps EconoDUAL modules the default across drive generations.

The six modules in this lot are same-date-group stock — G2312, serial 00755-series on each label — which matters for power silicon: same silicon lot, same switching behaviour, so a converter built or repaired from this set behaves as one design rather than six compromises. The housings are factory-white and unmarked by handling, the clamps carry their factory nuts, and the barcodes are intact for traceability — new stock photographed from every face, ready for a drive build or the spares shelf.

Cover plates
The cover plates: the brushed metal tops over the white housings — the EconoDUAL signature look.
Six modules

The label row: every module marked Infineon IGBT / FF300R12KE3 / G2312 — same lot, six axes' worth.
