What is in this batch of AirTAC 4V210-06 valves?

The photos show nine brand-new AirTAC 4V210-06 valves, still in their factory shrink wrap and original blue-white boxes — 5/2-way, single-solenoid, spring-return directional valves for compressed air. Each one carries the printed nameplate Model: 4V210-06, Pressure: 0.15~0.8 MPa and a coil marked DC24V 8.0W, Voltage range: DC21.6V–26.4V, 100%ED, IP65, CE. Every valve has the blue-edged AirTAC inspection certificate (合格证) stuck on the wrap, issued by Guangdong AirTAC Automation Industrial Co., Ltd. in Foshan. The intake was recorded on 21 November 2025 at about 0.5 kg per valve, one-year warranty, and the ten photos below plus one warehouse video show the batch as received.

Check the coil before you wire it

AirTAC sells this valve with several coil options, and listings for the AC 110 V version circulate under the same model number — that is the single most common ordering mistake on this part. This batch is the DC24V coil, and the label leaves no room for doubt: DC24V 8.0W with an allowed range of DC21.6V–26.4V, so it tolerates a sagging 24 V supply in a cabinet that also feeds drives and sensors. If your panel is 110/220 V AC, you need a different coil variant; if your machine spec says 4V210-06 DC24V, this is it. The coil is an IP65 moulded unit with a standard DIN connector socket on top, 100% ED rated, so it is built to stay energized for hours, not just pulse.

What the nameplate symbol tells you

The small diagram between the model number and the ports is the ISO 5/2 symbol with the spring on one side and the solenoid box on the other: energize the coil and pressure flows P→A with B exhausting through R; de-energize and the spring snaps the spool back to P→B with A exhausting through S. That fail-safe behaviour is why single-solenoid valves are the default for clamp-and-release and extend-and-retract cylinders — a broken wire returns the actuator to its home position instead of leaving it wherever the fault caught it. The red button beside the coil shifts the spool by hand, which is how you jog a machine during commissioning or clear a stuck cycle without a screwdriver. AirTAC rates the 4V210 series for non-lubricated air, so it runs on filtered dry air without an oil-mist unit; official response time for the size is about 0.05 s.

The full batch of new 4V210-06 valves in shrink wrap
The batch laid out on foam: brand-new 4V210-06 valves in factory shrink wrap, every nameplate showing Model 4V210-06, 0.15~0.8 MPa, and DC24V coils.
Valve side view with nameplate and red override
Side view: nameplate with the 5/2 symbol and R.PS spring-return marking, port letters A B / R P S, the red manual override button and the DIN coil.
Coil label close-up
Coil label at reading distance: DC24V 8.0W, voltage range DC21.6V–26.4V, 100%ED, IP65, CE — the print that settles which coil variant you are buying.
Rear of valve with inspection certificate
Rear of the valve: dot-peen batch code on the body panel and the blue-edged AirTAC inspection certificate from Guangdong AirTAC Automation Industrial Co., Foshan.
Top view of nameplate
Top view with the nameplate flat-on: Model 4V210-06, pressure band 0.15~0.8 MPa, and the R and P port positions.
Four valves, side detail
Four valves from the batch side-on: anodized valve body, cream nameplate panel with the 5/2 symbol, and the wrapped DIN coils behind.
Stacked valves with DIN connectors
A stack of three: moulded coils with the connector knob on top, every label repeating DC24V / 100%ED / IP65.
Base ports close-up
The G1/4 base ports: the machined threaded openings on the underside of the valve body.
Coil held in hand
Coil close-up in hand: DC24V embossed on the top, the scalloped DIN connector cap, and the IP65 / CE marks on the housing.
Valve on its original AirTAC box
As received: a valve resting on its opened original AirTAC blue-white box, another factory box visible behind — the "brand new, boxed" claim from the intake sheet, in pictures.

If you need a unit for the same panel right now, the matching listing on our shop is the 4V210-06 DC24V solenoid valve product page — same model, same coil voltage. For a larger port size in the identical 5/2 single-solenoid format, see the 4V210-08 DC24V valve; the wiring and override work the same way, only the flow rate scales up.
