High-Efficiency EMI Filter for PLC Systems: Complete Guide to EMI High Frequency Filter Module DC Component Filter
On this page
What this delivery is: three bare-board EMI power-line DC filter modules — the same non-standard design family as our earlier record, silk-screened on the board itself as EMI POWER LINE DC FILTER — brand new, three pieces each with its own bag of mounting screws and standoffs, received stock dated 2026-01-06. This batch reads cleaner than the first lot's photos: the safety capacitor's marking is fully legible, and the board's own name settles what the shopping title was paraphrasing. The delivery record pairs this lot with the earlier purchase of the same boards — the first three units from 2025-11 — so buyers can see both lots side by side.
Reading the board
The board is a long single PCB, no case, with a three-way terminal block at each end (the line side marked LN) and the title silkscreen EMI POWER LINE DC FILTER printed centre-board under a hologram anti-counterfeit sticker. The parts chain runs: two large Nichicon electrolytic capacitors (105 °C, H2210 series) at the DC-conditioning end, then a yellow TENTA MKP X2 safety capacitor rated 0.47 µF / 275 VAC, four copper-wound chokes with green-lacquered tops, a blue-block capacitor section, a red disc MOV, and axial glass-bodied power resistors (195C/6W-marked) bridging the stages. That combination — electrolytics and a diode-conditioned input on one end, X2 film caps and chokes on the other — is what the Chinese product name describes: a module that both strips the DC component from the line and attenuates high-frequency EMI. Like the first lot, these are hand-built boards (component colours vary slightly between units), each with four mounting holes and a bag of screws and standoffs for standoff-mounting inside the protected cabinet.

Use notes
Integration is the same story as the earlier lot, with one more practical note now that the parts are legible: the X2 capacitor's 275 VAC rating sets the module's AC line ceiling — this is a 230 V-class line filter, not a component for a 400 V phase-to-phase tap without a transformer ahead of it. Mount each board on its standoffs to a grounded plate, keep the input and output harnesses apart so the clean and dirty runs do not couple around the board, and torque the terminal screws with the cabinet de-energised — the terminals land on copper traces with no fuse ahead of them. The three boards are the natural stock for three machines on one supply problem, or one machine with three phase lines each needing treatment. For the first lot's photos and label detail, see the earlier EMI filter module record.
