Two OMRON R88D-WN15H-ML2 AC servo drivers appear together in the first reviewed photograph. The source describes two near-new items with packing, rather than new stock. Its two descriptions disagree on country of manufacture; the second photograph supplies a Japan marking on one driver.

Identification and delivery details

The front view shows both beige drivers marked R88D-WN15H-ML2 and 200 V, 1.5 kW. Connector labels and power terminals are visible, including CN6A/CN6B and U, V and W. The POWER and COM lenses are not evidence that the units were powered during the photograph.

The side label in photograph two reads OMRON R88D-WN15H-ML2, Ver.11 and MADE IN JAPAN. It gives a three-phase AC input of 200–230 V, 50/60 Hz and 7.3 A, and a three-phase output of 0–230 V, 0–300 Hz, 11.6 A and 1.5 kW. These are label ratings, not a witnessed load test.

Both source descriptions are dated 30 May 2026 and each states two items, near-new with packing, a one-year warranty and 2.5 kg. One says made in China and the other says made in Japan. The readable Japan label resolves origin for the photographed driver only; the origin of the second unit remains unconfirmed.
