Q1: The expansion chassis is powered on, but the host PC doesn't detect any cards?

Ensure the PEHIFX1 is firmly seated in the host PCIe slot. Check the link cable for any bends or damage. In BIOS/UEFI, verify that the PCIe slot is set to "Gen1" or "Auto" and ensure "PCIe Tunneling" or "Above 4G Decoding" is enabled if using multiple large-memory cards.

Q2: System instability or "Blue Screen" when accessing expansion cards?

This is often a power-sequencing issue. Always power on the MAGMA expansion chassis BEFORE booting the host computer. This allows the BIOS to enumerate the external PCIe bridge during the POST process.

Q3: Why is my data transfer speed lower than expected?

The PEHIFX1 is an x1 (single lane) card. Even if placed in an x16 slot, it will only utilize one lane. If you are using high-bandwidth cards (like RAID controllers or Video I/O), ensure the total throughput does not exceed the ~250MB/s limit of PCIe Gen 1.0.
