Selection notes
The -1AK60 coil code is 110/120 V AC — if your control transformer supplies 220-230 V, the -1AP60 variant is the matching coil; mixing them burns the coil in hours. The elevator listing (CSA B44.1/ASME A17.5) is why this exact catalog number shows up in lift modernizations — it is certified for the hoistway circuits most general-purpose contactors are not. When stacking these on the 3RT1 mounting rail, leave the printed 22 mm clearance for the auxiliary block on top. The power terminals accept two conductors per phase, which makes daisy-chaining a thermal overload relay downstream straightforward without splicing.
