What this delivery is: one used power and driver board for the Schneider Electric Altivar ATV61 inverter family, carried in our records under the marking W814857810111A01, received 2026-02-05, 1 kg. Before anything else, a correction to the listing title: this is not a complete variable speed drive. It is the drive's main control-and-power board — the large double-sided PCB that carries the switch-mode supply, the IGBT gate-drive stage and the interface headers inside an ATV61 cabinet — sold as the replacement part for a failed drive. Condition is 85% new per the receiving record, pulled from a working removal, with a one-year warranty from us.

What the board carries

The board is a dense two-layer layout under a full conformal-coating film, which is why it photographs glossy. The switch-mode section is built around an ER351M073 V5L3 transformer and a pair of large radial electrolytics; the drive stage clusters blue 470 µF 36 V capacitors beside TO-220 passes on small heatsinks, with TVS parts (TVS3010, TVS3011, TVS3031, TVS4011, TVS4031, TVS870, TVS871) protecting each sense line. Gate pulses reach the IGBTs through A316U pulse transformers, and the control side runs through optocouplers — PC604 and PC605 visible among them.

Interfaces: a 40-pin box header marked S100 takes the flat-cable connection to the ATV61 control/keyboard assembly, and white Molex-style headers S200, S202, S300, S301, S302, S303, S400, S500 and S510 carry fans, feedback and the power-stage harness.
