The Autonics BTF30-DDTL is a 3.7 mm-thick flat photoelectric sensor in the BTF series — diffuse-reflective type, Light-ON output, 12–24 VDC supply — the class of sensor that disappears into a machine edge where a cylindrical M18 would never fit. Three complete kits arrived new in factory bags on 2026-01-29, each with bracket, screws and the BTF-series manual, made in Korea, 1-year warranty.

The suffix decodes the job: DD for the 12–24 VDC supply, T for the diffuse-reflective optical layout (no reflector or receiver unit needed), L for Light-ON — the output conducts when it sees the target, not the background.

Fitting notes

Flat sensors live where space is the enemy: inside slides, on guide rails, along conveyor edges. The diffuse-reflective optical layout means no separate reflector, but also no immunity to a shiny background — aim the face at matte targets or use the STB indicator to find the stable zone during alignment. The Light-ON convention keeps PLC inputs consistent with most Autonics diffuse models; if your cabinet expects Dark-ON, swap the output polarity in the input card rather than fighting the sensor.
