PLC & Control Panel Power Supplies

There are two common power-supply purchases in a control cabinet: a supply that belongs to the PLC chassis, and a separate unit powering field devices or control circuits. These are not interchangeable just because both involve 24 V.

For an external AC-DC unit, browse switching power supplies or Omron S8VK. For a chassis supply, use the PLC family and the number on the installed supply so that its backplane connection is included in the selection.
