Historical parts record: Photos and notes below belong to this record. Confirm the offered unit’s full model, condition and available test evidence before ordering.

The GSR1-25322 is a thermal overload relay set in the 17–25 A range, rated Ue 690 V, with one NC contact (95-96) and one NO contact (97-98) at Ith 5 A. It mounts directly on the bottom of a GSC1-series contactor — the compatible frames GSC1-32, GSC1-25, GSC1-18 and GSC1-09~12 are molded into the housing. The delivery record covers 52 paid units plus 8 free (60 total), received 2026-01-19, 0.5 kg each.

What the nameplate says

The laser-etched marking on the black housing carries the ratings — nothing hidden in a manual:

Item Value on housing
Model GSR1-25322
Current range 17 ~ 25 A
Rated insulation voltage Ue 690 V
Auxiliary contacts NO 97-98, NC 95-96
Auxiliary thermal current Ith 5 A
Brand marking Tianshui 213 (二一三) logo, MADE-marked housing

Certification marks CCC, CE and cULus "LISTED IND. CONT. EQ." appear both on the housing and on the box label.

Top panel: TEST button on the left for trip simulation, red STOP, blue RESET, and the M/AUTO selector that picks manual or automatic reset after a trip.

Controls and auxiliary contacts

Four screw terminals sit along the front edge: 98 and 97 form the NO pair, 95 and 96 the NC pair. The NC contact drops the contactor coil when the thermal element trips; the NO pair is free for an alarm or PLC input. TEST flips the mechanism without any current flowing through the poles — handy for proving the wiring before start-up. STOP does the same trip from the panel, and the blue RESET works in both M and AUTO positions of the selector.

The blue dial on top of the body sets the trip current inside the 17–25 A window; each unit covers a band rather than a single value, so you dial it to the motor's full-load current.

From the bottom: black upper body, white base, and the flat pole blades that plug straight into the contactor terminals — no separate wiring between relay and contactor.

Condition and delivery facts

Units are new, each in its own poly bag inside the printed carton. The record shows 52 + 8 = 60 pieces on the order received 2026-01-19; the photos here are of one unit unpacked for the shoot, and every unit carries the same sealed packaging. Unit weight 0.5 kg.
