Beckhoff EL terminals perform individual functions within an EtherCAT station. This collection includes different signal and motion functions, so “EL terminal” alone is not a replacement specification.

Retain the complete terminal number and option suffix from the installed unit. If the missing component is the network connection at the start of the station, browse EK couplers and junctions. Beckhoff's terminal overview helps identify the role of a particular series.
