1. The lubrication pump is running, but the pressure gauge stays at zero.
This usually indicates that the pump has lost its prime due to air entering the system, or the oil tank ran completely dry. Refill the tank, locate the manual override/prime button on the pump, and hold it until oil bleeds through the lines and pressure begins to build. If pressure still doesn't build, there may be a broken main distribution hose leaking oil into the machine base.

2. The CNC machine is constantly throwing a "Lube Pressure Low" or "Low Oil" alarm.
First, check the physical oil level in the TK-3030 tank. If it is full, the float switch inside the tank might be stuck due to sludgy, contaminated oil. Clean the float switch.
