Pushbutton Switches & Contact Blocks

A panel pushbutton can consist of a front operator, a mounting holder and one or more contact blocks. A contact-block listing may therefore be only the rear electrical part, not a complete button.

When repairing a button, identify whether the fault is in the operator or the contacts. Normally open and normally closed contacts behave differently, and illuminated operators may need a separate light module. Match replacement blocks to the installed button series.
