FEME FTHA0012610 — FT-H Series 5-Pin Power Relay, 10A 250VAC, 26.5VDC Coil
FEME (Finder Group) · FT-H Series · Plug-in Power Relay · In stock
The FEME FTHA0012610 is a 1 Form C (SPDT) plug-in power relay from the
FEME
FT-H series, the heritage Italian relay line (Rome-based, founded 1946) now consolidated under the
Finder Group.
With 10A contact rating at 250VAC / 30VDC, a 26.5V DC coil, and a 5-pin blade termination that
mates with industry-standard sockets, the FTHA0012610 is a drop-in workhorse for
factory automation,
HVAC, refrigeration, and power-supply control panels. KOEED stocks the FTHA0012610 alongside
related plug-in relays
and the broader multi-brand automation lineup — including modules from
Allen-Bradley,
Siemens,
Mitsubishi,
Omron,
Fanuc,
Schneider,
Yaskawa,
Panasonic, and
KEYENCE.

The FTHA0012610 sits inside the FT-H family — a European-style plug-in relay with the same
35 mm DIN-rail-friendly footprint as the Finder 55.34 series, making it a direct mechanical and
electrical substitute in legacy Italian and EU-spec control cabinets. The transparent cover exposes
a mechanical flag indicator and a push-to-test button, so commissioning technicians can verify
contact state by hand without energising the coil.
Application Scenarios — Where It Fits
-
Industrial control panels — PLC output interfacing, interposing between a low-power controller output (e.g. a Mitsubishi MELSEC Q-series transistor output, an Allen-Bradley CompactLogix 1769 output, or a Siemens SIMATIC S7-200 SMART output) and a higher-power contactor or solenoid.
-
HVAC and refrigeration controls — compressor staging, defrost timers, condenser fan switching, and rooftop-unit logic boards.
-
Switch-mode power supplies (SMPS) and UPS — auxiliary switching, mains-disconnect logic, and crowbar / bypass paths.
-
Vending machines, commercial laundry, and white goods — washer / dryer control boards, ice machines, drink dispensers, and beverage coolers.
-
Elevator and escalator controls — door-zone interlocks, brake release, and safety-chain auxiliary contacts.
-
Machine tools and packaging lines — coolant-pump, lubrication, and clamp / un-clamp sequencing alongside Fanuc, Yaskawa, and Schneider servo platforms.
-
Medical and laboratory equipment — low-cycle, high-reliability auxiliary switching in sterilizers, centrifuges, and analysis rigs.
-
Omron, Panasonic, and KEYENCE sensor / vision subsystems — power-rail switching for photoelectric arrays and vision-system lighting where a clean 26.5V DC rail already exists.
Integration & Wiring Notes
Wiring the FTHA0012610 follows the standard 5-pin (SPDT) plug-in convention: pins 2 and 7
are the coil terminals (polarity-insensitive on a DC coil — FEME publishes the relay as
non-polarised), and pin 1 is common, pin 3 is normally closed (NC),
pin 5 is normally open (NO). Coil excitation at 26.5V DC draws roughly 9–11 mA,
which is compatible with most PLC transistor outputs provided a free-wheeling / suppression diode is
fitted at the coil (FEME builds a suppression variant as well — confirm the suffix on the
part number before ordering).
On the contact side, derate the 10A rating according to the load type. Resistive loads at 250VAC
can be run to the full 10A, but inductive AC loads (solenoids, contactor coils, motor starters) and
DC loads above 30V should be derated 30–50%. For DC inductive switching above 48V DC, fit a
flyback diode or a snubber (RC network) directly across the load to extend contact life. AgSnO₂
contact material is recommended where the relay drives lamp loads, capacitive supplies, or DC
motors — confirm this option at quote time with
Moritta@KOEED.COM.
Socketing: the FTHA0012610 plugs into any 5-pin blade socket with the same 35 mm pitch as the
Finder 55.34 family. DIN-rail-mount and PCB-mount socket variants exist. When you need an
LED-indicating, finger-protection socket for a panel build, ask KOEED to quote the matching socket
as part of the same BOM line. Cross-references for adjacent FEME and Finder families
(FTHA0024624 24VDC,
Finder 55.34 26.5V,
Finder 55.44 26.5V 4PDT)
are kept on the shelf for ladder-logic swap-outs.
Installation & Commissioning Tips
-
Verify the coil code first. The "12610" suffix maps to the 26.5V DC coil. Mismatching coil voltage is the most common FT-H field failure — double-check against the cabinet drawings and the existing socket label before energising.
-
Use the push-to-test button to exercise the contact path mechanically before powering the panel. The transparent cover and the flag indicator let you confirm NC / NO state visually without a multimeter.
-
Torque socket screws to the socket manufacturer's spec (typically 0.8–1.0 N·m for quick-connect sockets) and re-torque after the first thermal cycle — copper creep on screw terminals is a real cause of nuisance tripping under load.
-
Mind the orientation. FEME publishes a preferred mounting orientation (relay upright, coil below) to maximise mechanical life. Avoid mounting the relay upside-down where vibration is present.
-
For vibration environments (machine tools, mobile equipment, elevator controls), request the relay clip or wire-tie the relay to its socket. The plug-in retention is sufficient for fixed panels but not for high-shock installations.
-
Apply a dropout voltage margin. PLC output modules from Siemens, Allen-Bradley, and Mitsubishi typically sink up to 0.5–1V at full load; make sure the supply rail stays at least 10% above the relay's must-operate voltage under worst-case droop.
-
Label the socket with the relay part number and the coil voltage. Field-replacement with a wrong coil variant is a frequent cause of cascading failures in maintenance windows.
Procurement, Warranty & Lead Time
The FEME FTHA0012610 is normally stocked in our Shenzhen / Hong Kong warehouse as part of the
broader FEME and Finder relay inventory. Standard lead time for in-stock units is
3–5 business days for worldwide shipping (DHL / FedEx / UPS), and
2–3 weeks for factory-fresh orders when the line is out of stock. KOEED
is an independent multi-brand industrial-automation distributor — we are not an authorised
subsidiary of FEME, Finder, or any of the nine core brands we cover
(see the full brand list).
We source through vetted channel partners and pre-test every relay lot for contact resistance,
coil resistance, and pick-up / drop-out voltage before shipment.
All FTHA0012610 shipments include a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects and
early-life electrical failure. For project rolls, send your full BOM — panel schematic, relay
count, socket count, and any suppression / clip accessories — to
Moritta@KOEED.COM
and you will receive a single consolidated quote, typically within 24 hours on business days.
