Q1: Display shows "E1" or "---" flashing?

This indicates a probe error (short circuit or open circuit). Verify that the sensor type (PTC or NTC) in the configuration matches the physical probe connected to terminals 10-11.

Q2: Compressor short-cycling (turning on/off too frequently)?

Increase the d0 (Differential) parameter. A narrow differential causes the relay to trigger on minor temperature fluctuations. Also, check parameter c0 for Minimum Stop Time to protect the motor.

Q3: The relay clicks but the load doesn't power on?

The KLT11 provides a volt-free SPDT contact. Ensure you have wired the "hot" line through terminal 1 (Common) and out through terminal 2 (Normally Open) to your load. Terminals 8-9 only power the controller itself.
