The BTCooler BT-D12025H12M is a 120 mm × 120 mm × 25 mm (commonly written as 12025 or 12 cm) axial DC cooling fan rated at DC 12 V / 0.30 A in a 2-wire (V+ / V−) lead-wire configuration. It is a direct, dimension-compatible replacement for end-of-life Sunon, Nidec and Sanyo Denki 12025 fans that are no longer in production for many industrial inverters, VFDs, servo amplifiers, welding machines, CNC cabinets and 3D-printer enclosures. Sourced as a maintenance spare, it keeps legacy Allen-Bradley PowerFlex, Siemens Sinamics, Mitsubishi MR-J4 and Schneider Altivar drives running without any panel rework or connector change.
