The 0WGCH4 part number is Dell's 950 W hot-plug supply from the PowerEdge server line, so the practical compatibility question is whether the target chassis takes the same sled: same edge-connector footprint, same handle cut-out, same fan-side airflow direction. The label answers the electrical half — any chassis expecting a Dell 950 W Gold unit will list 0WGCH4 or one of its cross-references on its own power label. Before pulling the old unit, note which of the two fans faces the intake on your sled; this pair came from different production runs and even carries different fan vendors (Foxconn on one, Protechnic dated 2019 on the other), which is normal for this part and does not change the fit. Hot-swap procedure is the usual: slide the blue catch to release, pull by the translucent handle, and seat the new unit until the latch clicks — the edge connector carries both power and the management-bus signals, so no separate cable work is involved.
